Metallurgical Valve Series

Metallurgical valves are mainly used for special operating mode in the chemical, metallurgical, mineral and other industries. Most of the components of the valve are connected by welding, and the product can be customized according to the requirements of customers. We can produce various types of non-standard metallurgical valves such as four-bar vent butterfly valves, ore pulp valves, goggle valves, flashboard valves, etc.

Four-bar Vent Butterfly Valve

The vent butterfly valve use four-bar design, which strengthens the pressure-bearing of the valve and is suitable for flue gas pipelines below the pressure of 0.6Mpa. It is mainly used in metallurgical and mining industries.

Ore Pulp Valve

The ore pulp valve adopts the three-piece combination structure, which can bear medium and high pressure above 2.0Mpa. It is suitable for particle material conveying in mining, metallurgical, coal, and chemical industry, power plant, etc. In order to undertake high wear-resistant conditions, we use PEEK material as sealing ring, which is effectively adapted to high-pressure pipelines.

Flashboard Valve

Flashboard valves are suitable for low-pressure dust and slurry pipelines. The sealing surface of the gate, scrape the adhesion on the sealing surface, remove debris automatically, and prevent dust and slurry slag from clogging the inner cavity.

Goggle Valve

Goggle Valve are mainly used in gas pipelines to achieve the diversion, merging, or flow direction switching of media. They are mainly used in gas, natural gas and other combustible gas pipelines.
