The valve body of LGD series knife gate valve is of double-piece closed design, which attains the machining of the inner cavity of the valve body, and the valve body can be fully lined with rubber or polyurethane. This product has passed ISO5208-2.0Mpa test and obtained 0 leakage rating.
It adopts the patented 45-degree fit of the gate edge and sealing surface, which strengthens the sealing of the valve without increasing the opening torque, and realizes a good performance of 0 leakage in the middle cavity after 5,000 times gate opening and closing test.
